Instructions:
To Make Chiken Kive Cutlet Properly Follow the Steps Given Below-
1. To make chicken kiev cutlets, first you need to take 2 chicken breast pieces. Now cut the chicken pieces lengthwise into two halves. Carefully remove the inner bones and small pieces of meat from the chicken, leaving the wing bones. Lightly shred the large and small pieces of meat. In this way, 8 small pieces of meat will be cut one by one.
2. Now take a bowl and mix well with a little bit salt, pepper powder, mustard powder in that bowl. Once mixed, I will take some of the mixture and spread it over the chicken that I have left earlier.
3. Now take some ice cubes and water in a bowl. Then take the piece of butter. Cut the butter into 4 triangular pieces using a clean knife. Once cut, the pieces should be placed in the ice water.
4. Now take a big piece of meat. Then put a little cut butter on top of that piece of meat. Now take a small piece of meat and cover that piece of butter well with the help of a small piece of meat. The big meat piece should be wrapped in butter and shaped like a cone. The fin bone will stick out like a finger. Now take a bowl of flour and roll the wrapped meat on the flour. So that the dough sticks well. Now take the floured meat and put it in the refrigerator.
5. Now break 2 eggs in a bowl. Mix well with the rest of the powdered spices with the egg. Now whisk the egg mixture.
6. Take out the chicken pieces from the fridge. Take toast powder in a separate bowl. Dip the floured chicken pieces in the egg mixture. And apply the biscuit powder well. All the cutlets should be made like this.
7. Now heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, fry the cutlets on low heat. When the color of the cutlets becomes light brown or brownish in color, it should be removed from the oil.
8. Now take thin crepe paper and cut it into 10 cm * 8 cm * size rectangles. Now fold it lengthwise. Cut 1.5 cm long with scissors 2 cm away from the side of the folding. Now put glue on the bone of the cutlet and wear it like a paper hat. The hat will look like a flower.
9. Now take a pot of water and boil the potatoes well. When the potatoes are cooked, peel them and wash them with clean water. Now take the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mashed them well. Now mix salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder with the mashed potatoes.
10. Fill piping bag with mashed potatoes. Now take a plate for serving. Then decorate one side of that plate with mashed potatoes. Arrange the cutlets on the other side of the plate. While arranging, care should be taken to keep the paper-wrapped bones stuck to the potatoes.
Finally, the Chiken Kive Cutlet is ready.
